1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and One Wins All, 2nd Floor College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London, United Kingdom, HA4 7AE (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using Predict Edge you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information and forms part of these terms.

2. What Predict Edge is

Predict Edge is a skill-based prediction game. You forecast cryptocurrency price movements across prediction rooms, earn scores and badges based on the accuracy of your forecasts, and compete on leaderboards.

Predict Edge is not gambling and not a trading platform. The game is free to play. There are no cash prizes and no monetary rewards of any kind. We do not accept deposits, hold funds, place bets, or let you buy, sell, hold or transfer cryptocurrency. Scores, badges and leaderboard positions have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed or cashed out.

3. Not financial advice

Nothing in Predict Edge is financial, investment or trading advice. Price information is provided for gameplay only, may be delayed or inaccurate, and must not be relied on for any financial decision. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and high risk. Any decision you make outside the app is entirely your own, and you should seek independent professional advice.

4. Eligibility and accounts

You need an account to play. You agree to give an accurate email address, keep your password confidential, and tell us promptly at support@predictedge.app if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

If you are under 13, you may only use Predict Edge with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.

One account per person. You can delete your account at any time from within the app, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

When using Predict Edge you agree not to:

  • create multiple or automated accounts, or use bots, scripts or emulators to make predictions;
  • manipulate scores, leaderboards or rewards by any means;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the app or our servers;
  • access our APIs or price feeds other than through the app itself;
  • choose a display name that is offensive, misleading or impersonates someone else;
  • use the app for anything unlawful, or in breach of sanctions or local rules that apply to you.

6. In-app purchases

Predict Edge offers optional in-app purchases. All payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account under Apple’s terms; we never see or handle your payment details.

Purchases unlock digital content within the app. That content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use, has no monetary value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us, through reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Leaderboards and fair play

Leaderboards are meant to reflect genuine skill. Your display name and ranking are visible to other players. If we find evidence of cheating, automation or manipulation, we may reset scores, remove entries from leaderboards, withhold badges, or suspend the account involved.

We may reset leaderboards at the end of a season or competition period.

8. Intellectual property

Predict Edge, its name, logo, design, artwork and software are owned by One Wins All and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Predict Edge available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features, prediction rooms and scoring rules may change as the game develops, and we may add, modify or withdraw parts of the app.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Predict Edge after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Predict Edge and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or where we must do so by law. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will tell you why.

11. Disclaimers

Predict Edge is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we make no warranties about the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of price data, or that the app will be error free or always available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or any financial loss arising from decisions you make about cryptocurrency. Our total liability to you in any 12 month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us through in-app purchases in that period, or GBP 100.

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.

14. Apple

The following applies because Predict Edge is distributed through the App Store:

  • This agreement is between you and One Wins All only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for Predict Edge or its content.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Predict Edge.
  • If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation.
  • Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or consumer protection claims.
  • Apple is not responsible for investigating or resolving any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights.
  • You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as “terrorist supporting”, and are not on any US Government prohibited-party list.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
