Predict Edge Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Predict Edge is built and operated by One Wins All (“we”, “us”, “our”), 2nd Floor College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London, United Kingdom, HA4 7AE.

For the purposes of UK data protection law we are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at support@predictedge.app.

2. What this policy covers

This policy explains what personal information the Predict Edge iOS app collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and what control you have over it. Section 12 separately covers the onewinsall.com website.

Predict Edge is a skill-based prediction game. You forecast cryptocurrency price movements, compete in prediction rooms and appear on leaderboards. The game is free to play and awards no monetary prizes; we do not take deposits, hold funds or process wagers.

3. Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account we collect your email address and a password. Passwords are stored only as salted cryptographic hashes; we never store or have access to your password in readable form. You may also choose a display name, which is visible to other players on leaderboards.

Gameplay information

To run the game we record the predictions you make, their outcomes, your accuracy and scores, the rooms you join, badges and achievements you earn, and your leaderboard position and history.

Purchase information

Predict Edge offers in-app purchases. These are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your card number, billing address or other payment details. We receive only confirmation that a purchase completed, so we can unlock the corresponding content in your account.

Device and technical information

We collect technical information needed to operate and support the app: device model, operating system and app version, language and region settings, IP address, and diagnostic or crash reports when something goes wrong.

Usage information

We collect analytics about how the app is used, such as screens opened, features used and session length, so we can understand what works and fix what does not.

4. How and why we use it

We use your information only for the purposes below. UK GDPR requires us to have a lawful basis for each one.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

5. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who process it on our instructions:

• Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited) for authentication and data storage.
• Our own servers, which run the prediction rooms, scoring and the real-time price feed.
• Our analytics and crash-reporting provider, which processes usage and diagnostic data.
• Apple, which handles App Store distribution and all in-app purchase payments.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision, so that your information keeps an equivalent level of protection.

7. How long we keep it

• Account and gameplay data: for as long as your account is active.
• After you delete your account: erased from live systems within 30 days, and from backups within 90 days.
• Crash and diagnostic logs: up to 12 months.
• Purchase records: up to 7 years, where tax and accounting law requires it.

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. To exercise any of these, email support@predictedge.app. We respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

9. Deleting your account

You can delete your Predict Edge account and its data at any time from within the app, under Settings → Account → Delete Account. You can also email support@predictedge.app and we will delete it for you.

Deleting your account removes your email address, display name, predictions, scores, badges and leaderboard history, subject to the retention periods in section 7.

10. Children’s privacy

Predict Edge is rated for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has created an account, email support@predictedge.app and we will delete the account and its data promptly.

We do not show third-party advertising in Predict Edge and we do not use personal information from any user for behavioural advertising or cross-app tracking.

11. Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit (HTTPS and secure WebSocket connections), hashed password storage, access controls limiting who on our side can reach production data, and regular dependency updates. No system is perfectly secure, but we take these obligations seriously and will notify you and the ICO of a qualifying breach as the law requires.

12. The onewinsall.com website

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain, so browsing these pages does not share your data with third parties.

If you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, subject and message so we can reply. Submissions are delivered to us by FormSubmit, which acts as our processor for that purpose. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months.

13. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you in the app where the change is significant.
